The 3-day course lead by Ms Winnie Ho covers key topics on oil analysis tests and lubrication best practise for improved plant reliability. On the 4th day, an elective examination for MLA certification will also be held.

Level I Fundamental: 3-day training

with elective ICML MLA I certification exam 
(Level I Machine Lubricant Analyst) 

The Level I Fundamental Course is an essential course for all persons across levels whose job involves performing, supervising or managing day-to-day machinery lubrication maintenance activities. While oriented towards the fundamentals of lubrication maintenance and oil analysis best practices, it brings to focus the role of effective lubrication in failure avoidance and the impact of poor maintenance on company profits.

It is designed for practical relevance for:

  • MANAGERS overseeing the operational or facility maintenance and equipment reliability.
  • ENGINEERS and TECHNICIANS involved in the lubrication maintenance and reliability of industrial machineries, mobile heavy equipment, highway fleets and marine vessels.
  • TECHNICAL SERVICES SUPPORT and SALES ENGINEERS involved in account management and consultative sales of lubricants, industrial machineries and parts.

Level II Intermediate: 3-day training 

with elective ICML MLA II certification exam 
(Level II Machine Lubricant Analyst) 

The Level II Intermediate Course is practitioner-focused for personnel who are directly involved in all aspects of machinery lubrication maintenance and equipment reliability, and who have strong influence on lubricant selection and application, filtration and contamination control, condition monitoring of in-service lubricants and hydraulic oils, and trouble-shooting of lubrication-related problems.

Machinery vibration analysts will find practical relevance in this course to facilitate integration of multi-technology machine condition monitoring programme.
